  • Block Bookings will be subject to a discount off the 'normal' Lesson/Session price (BBD will be shown on your invoice) this pre-paid account will be kept on file and each lesson taken deducted from the 'bank' of lessons purchased. This record can be requested and viewed at any time on request.
 
  • Cancellation of  Booked Lessons/Sessions: This requires notice of 48 hours with your instructor or by email to us. Lessons/Sessions with less than this notice are charged and deducted from your account. On our part, we will, if possible, give the same period of notice. However short notice reschedule of lessons may occur should another pupil acquire a "cancellation test date and time". Booked tests will always take precedence. 
 
  • Pay As You Go Lessons/Sessions: at least one forward booked Lesson/Session paid in advance. (That is the next Lesson/Session booking paid for)
 
  • PDI's are subject to the same conditions for general sessions booked.
 
  • Instructor Training Courses: A deposit for the course  is payable prior to commencement of the course, we offer various methods for payment of courses, contact us for details.
 
  • Residential Courses require a 50% deposit on booking and balance paid three working days before commencement. (Any cancellation of a booked course with less than seven days notice is subject to a £50.00 surcharge deducted from the initial booking deposit to cover our 'residence booking' the balance being refunded)

Note: These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights and we reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions from time to time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate members or use of the site and reinstatement of use or membership is entirely at the discretion of ADI Driver Training And Education

We endeavour to supply accurate and up-to-date information but we do not guarantee that all information is up-to-date or error free. We reserve the right to alter, update, modify or alter the site without notice. We will endeavour to update omissions, errors in a timely manner but are not liable for any inaccuracies. Use of information on this site is at your own risk and ADI Driver Training And Education  shall not be liable for any lost data, lost profit or any damages or losses from using this site.
